All prices are in ZAR and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods.

Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

The item must be in an undamaged, and unused state.
Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or refund.
The product must be returned to us within 7 days of taking delivery - return costs are for the purchaser's account.
Once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse, and found to be in good order, your refund / exchange will be processed.
No returns or refunds on sale items.

OPHIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
